The greatest wealth is health - Roman poet Virgil
Marina graduated from the former School of Homeopathy NY in 2002 and became certified in Classical Homeopathy by the Council for Homeopathic Certification (CCH). She is also a registered member of the North American Society of Homeopaths (RSHomNA).
She became interested in Homeopathy when her children were very small and was looking for alternate ways to help them with the common childhood diseases. Once coming across Homeopathy it sparked a strong interest and she knew this was a modality that strongly resonated with her.
Homeopathy has been a way of life ever since and the knowledge is never enough, which is why Marina continues to study with esteemed teachers from all over the world. She did a 3 year course, Dynamis, with Jeremy Sherr RSHom who grounded her deeply into the philosophy of Homeopathy.
The newest opportunities that Marina have followed, has been her study with an Indian group of Homeopathys, Dr. Rajan Sankaran, Dr. Shachindra and Bawashi Joshi, Dr. Dinesh Chauhan and Dr. Jayesh Shah. Studying with these masters has inspired her with the Bombay Method or Sensation Method, a method which can bring patients closer to their inner beings.
In the summer of 2011,2012, 2013 & 2014, Marina traveled to Tanzania to work with HHA, Homeopathy for Health in Africa and mainly treated with HIV/AIDS patients. This was one of the most incredible experiences of her life and has broadened her horizons to understand epidemics diseases and what a third world country really is like. She is incredibly grateful to Jeremy and Camilla Sherr for having given her this opportunity to be part of this organization.
In the past year, Marina has also travelled to Haiti and worked with Homeopaths Without Borders and has had the pleasure of working with Holly Manoogian, the executive director who has developed a program for the Haitians to become “Homeopaths Communautaire” Community Homeopaths. Besides teaching the students, Marina has treated many many Haitians still suffering the consequences of the earthquake of 2010. Working with the Haitians has been a superb, experience and she has found them to be absolutely lovely people.
Marina has a family pratice in Ardsley, NY and Manhattan. She also supervises students of the New York School of Homeopathy under Susan Sonz.
